CATRAL

Catral town is located on the south Costa Blanca, approximately ½ way between the bustling cities of Alicante (30 minutes drive) and Murcia (40 minutes drive) within the tranquil farming areas of the region but only a short drive of the coastal towns. Largely unspoilt by the British invasion of the Costas, Catral town offers peace and tranquillity well away from the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts but has an abundance of bars, cafes, tapas etc. The town is situated in a plateau surrounded by Mountain ranges and overlooked by "CALLOSA" Mountain. It is also within close proximity (10 minutes drive) of two busy towns, Dolores and Almoradi. Dolores in particular has many bars/pubs, eating places and one of the largest nightclubs in the area. There are plans to open a new golf course within the next few years just on the outskirts of Dolores.
